Madison Dini is a partner specializing in commercial litigation, health care law, and product liability defense. Madison is a committed advocate with trial experience in federal and state courts. She represents clients in a variety of cases involving product liability, contracts, consumer law, commercial disputes, health care liability, malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death claims. Madison represents clients nationwide handling commercial disputes and active litigation in federal and state courts.
In her current practice, Madison aims to be reasonable and efficient in her approach to cases. Her trial experience and in-depth knowledge allow her to provide clients with a full-service attitude. She is an excellent litigator and a relatable, driven, and hard-working advocate for her clients.
While in law school, Madison interned for a Federal Magistrate Judge and competed in several advocacy competitions across the country. In addition to the best advocate award, Madison won a national moot court championship, two oralist awards, and the intramural moot court championship. As a result, Madison was inducted into the Order of Barristers. While competing, Madison argued before members of the United States Courts of Appeals and various state trial and appellate judges.
Madison grew up in Houston, Texas. Outside of the office, her hobbies include spending time with her two young kids, enjoying time outside, running, and beach vacations.
