Bart Frederick

Bart C. Frederick joined Serpe, Jones, Andrews, Callender & Bell PLLC as an associate in June 2017. His principal area of practice is medical malpractice and personal injury defense litigation in which he represents hospitals, physicians, and nurses. Bart also has experience defending employers and government entities in employment and civil rights cases. He is licensed and admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Bart graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin before graduating cum laude from Baylor University School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Bart served as the Administrative Editor for the Baylor Law Review, was a member of the Baylor Barrister’s Society, and made the Dean’s List multiple times.
